Digital products — instant delivery

All current Eldernook products are digital downloads delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved.

Upon completing your purchase you will receive an email containing your secure download link. Your product is available for download immediately after payment is confirmed.

If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes of purchase please:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Ensure the email address entered at checkout was correct
• Contact us at hello@eldernook.com.au and we will resend your download link promptly

Download links are unique to your purchase and are for personal use only in accordance with our licence terms.

Physical products — coming soon

Eldernook will be introducing physical products in the future. When physical products become available this shipping policy will be updated to include:

• Domestic Australian shipping rates and timeframes
• International shipping options
• Order tracking information
• Packaging details

We will notify our email community when physical products launch.
