Digital products — no refunds
All digital products sold by Eldernook are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns once a product has been purchased and the download link has been accessed.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that:
- Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded
- You have read the product description fully before purchasing
- You understand you are purchasing a digital file for personal use only

We provide detailed product descriptions so you can make an informed decision before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before buying please contact us at hello@eldernook.com.au and we will be happy to help.
Exceptional circumstances — digital products
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased digital product please contact us at hello@eldernook.com.au within 7 days of purchase. We will do everything we can to ensure you can access what you paid for.
We do not consider the following as grounds for a refund on digital products:
- Change of mind
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Deciding the product is not suitable after downloading
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
Physical products
For physical products we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
To initiate a return please contact us at hello@eldernook.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds for physical products will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a physical product that is faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact us at hello@eldernook.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Australian Consumer Law
This refund policy is consistent with Australian Consumer Law. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
